Took my son's money and never delivered the goods

On June 20 my son ordered a Apple iPod Touch That was advertised for $180.00. After he placed the order, he got an email with payment instructions. They asked for a Green Dot Money Card. We went and purchased it and, as the instructions stated, we emailed them the code off the card. Within 24 hours he was supposed to get an email with te tracking number. That email never came. I called the company numerous times and left several voice messages along with several emails. After the calls, their mailbox was full and no longer accepting messages.

The web site has been shut down. I've contacted my local police along with the Oregon Attorney General's office.
