Will not cancel my account denver co

I have been trying to cancel my account with trim and slim since 6-23-08 i have e-mail 3 differnt address trimandslimsupport, trimandslimservice and rob@trimandslim.com. No one from any of these e-mails will return a call or an e-mail. The last thing i did was to call and sign up as a new customer i got a call right back but when i told the lady on the phone i wanted to cancel my account she said she would have her boss call me back same thing no call back. All i want out of this company is for them to cancel my account and credit my card for anything send after 6-23-08
