I don"t even work for you

Where do I begin? My man is one of your finest Installation Technicians, I know this because I love him so and his customers do to, they shower him with praise, and feed him! What I don't get is why we are still struggling to support ourselves, sure we got 6 children from the corn but we both work fulltime. He works 6 days a week, and yet his Company, DIRECTECH, screws him over week after week, day after day. Whenever they decide to pay him, could be two weeks, could be four, that is if they just haven't blatantly lost his paycheck.

The other un-nerving thing they do is call him 20 maybe 25 times a day, on a cell phone (the third one we've gone through) that they don't pay for. There's hell to pay if he doesn't call and acknowledge his jobs at the crack of dawn, then again when he's on his way to his customers house, then again when he gets to the house, then again to activate the boxes or dishes (whatever, like I said I don't work for the company) then again when the job is completed, then again when he's on the way to the next customers house. Do you see where I' going with this?

Not only this, but we recently took a week and a half vacation to the Bahamas, which we deserve (like I said we have 6 children) We come back and they say he's terminated. His dumb a* superviser not to mention any names, Jarvaisyoua*, said my hard working man QUIT. Ya, it's great to come back from vacation to NO JOB, we do it all the time.

After a few weeks and a denial letter from unemployment, DIRECTECH realized that they made a mistake. We really did go on vacation, they found the vacation request form that my man had filled out two months prior to our vacation. Needless to say, they gave him back his job, a replaced his nice new van with a piece of shit van, that the neighbors learned to enjoy waking up to. I just hate everything about this company. It stresses me out more than anyone and I don't even work their.

Good thing though, I pray, the company is merging with the Union. I just wish his supervisors wouldn't come to his job sights and tell him not to join, and threaten to take his van away, again, and continue to screw up his pay or not give him jobs for the day or two or three
and make our lives a living hell. It's illegal, and unjust and they suck. But what do I know, I don't even work for their BULLS* company.
