Non valid check fees Unknown main Office

Bank of America has some major problems. The site on line wouldn't let me transfer funds for 3 days, not until after the had paid checks. Over 500.00 in overdraft fees because of this. I was told that if the site had a problme I would be reimbursed. After 3 weeks of correspondance I am toldonce again that" we paid your checks as a courtesy, the fees are charge correctly. You need to deposit the money before the checks go through" Are they that clueless. Very bad business ethic. Watch out!!
