North Carolina Local Southern Governments Taxes for Rain Water Run Off

I do not agree, like many others, we should have to pay taxes for the rain water that runs off the roof of my house. This is a government ripoff to charge taxes because it rains and rain water runs off of my roof. This is a local government scam to make money off of the tax payers. If anyone has any information how to fight this please help all of us in counties that charge this ridiculuos tax.

I have sent many e-mails to local government officials to stop this and nothing seems to get any attention.
