I have recieved 3 phone calls from the same person claiming to be someone from the First Nation Government Grant benefits. A foreign woman by the name of Shannon Joseph.

The first time she called I followed along with the whole thing to see if it really was a scam... I fall for things easily.

At the beginning she introduced herself and said the government gives back a certain percentage of money to tax payers. And the I was chosen for a $12,500.00 grant the I did not have to pay back. She told me to write down the following information: Their location: Charlotte, NC

Customer Service Number: 800-410-1682 (No Callable)
Her Name: Shannon Joseph
Hours: Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm

She informed me they were a ligit company from the government's processing center. I asked if I called the IRS and asked about this company they would says yes... She hesitated then said yes they would. I asked if I could call back if I was interested and she said NO! This is a one time offer, and that many are eligible for... But then she called me 2 more times to tell me about the grant about 1 week later...

When I refused to give her my account numbers and bank info she got rude with me, I told her that the company was a scam and I was not interested. She keeps calling and yelling at me and harrassing me. I am to my wits end with these people and they won't stop calling. I want top sue them for harrassment, but I don't know how.
