Terry Wilson Terry Wilson is a crook, I paid $5,150 for a baby Grand piano on Sept 17 and have no piano nor a refund

My Husband and I went to the piano superstore in Rutherfordton, N.C. On Sept. 17. We met Terry Wilson and Russell Sellers in their office and they seemed to be honest men. Terry took us to a warehouse where there were several pianos, and we went back to his office where he showed us several pianos on the computer. I chose an Ellenburg JE150, Mahogany finish.

We came back home and sent him a cashier's check for $5,150. Terry saidwe should have the piano by the 10th of December. We have talked to Russell Sellers several times on the phone, and he told us that because of the mahogany finish, it would take longer.in february we were told it was being shipped from California to Kentucky. (Just another lie)

This company is nothing but a Rip-off. It has been 10 months now and still no piano or a refund. He even promised a refund and said it would take a few weeks to get the check cut. That has been a month ago! Haven't tried to call him, did send an email, but no response. They don't have a website now.
