Fraudulent claims to deliver piano never received!

On Feb 5th I bid and won a piano advertised on EBAY by Terry Wilson of the Pianosuperstore. I sent him a check for $3195.00. Delivery time was estimated to be 6-12 weeks. It's been just over 5 months and I still have not received my piano. I requested a full refund two weeks ago after I was told they did not have the piano and they were not even sure of when it was to be sent from the distributor. The website of Pianosuperstore and their logistics site Wilcom Leasing are no longer available and all phone numbers are disconnected.
