Total ripoff no customer service no call back no response at all

I was unfortunate enough to trust this company since it was local. I place my order back in April. I was PROMISED by the compnay that I would recieve my cushions and arm pads within 6 weeks, well now it is July and I have written then and Faxed them now I have Certified mail going to them. I spent over $1000.00 I do not have a way to go to the warehouse in Petersburg, and I know that they have NOT been filling orders for many others.

I WANT my money back. I am very upset that this company does not have the DECENCY to call back any of their customers treating us like we are nothing. I would not order ANYTHING from these people if I were you.
