The Worst company i have ever had to deal with. Va. Petersburg / Chesterfield

On February 22 I ordered 70 couch cushions for the school i work at. I was told that it would be 8 to 12 weeks. I called at the 12th week and was told that they ran out of material and it would be another 3 weeks. At the end of three weeks i once again called and was toled it would be four more weeks do too manufacturing problems. I called at the end of four weeks and was toled that the order would be delivered July 11. That date came and went I called new shipping date August 13th. Guess what? No delivery. We paid for the cushions by American Express. Witch was charged within days of the order. Our first mistake. My business department then contacted AMX and started proceedings to get our MONEY BACK. I called crate/home spun and told them what was transpiring this must have lighted a fire under their asses because we received the cushions September 28th Seven months from the original order date. I never once received a call from them to let me know what was happening. Each time i had too demand a call back from Julie Wells at customer service. I am sure she was taking orders from above to stall as long as she could. If not, shame on her.

If you order from them tell them you want your card charged when they ship it out and we had to put the foam in the covers, not an easy job. Freight charge was very high $405.00. Have your cushions made locally. Good luck.
