Last September, I printed off all the details from their website (including the Terms & Conditions shown at that time) and then printed off ALL the offerings available. I methodically selected and registered for all the trials and long-term purchase arrangements, and waited till I met their minimum time limitations, etc.
I began checking the website for the status, but nothing ever showed. I tracked the company to Jacob Zweben (the owner of note) and contacted him by phone after so many email attempts. I even contacted one or two MAJOR vendors to see if there was a problem, and they referred me to the middlemen, who only referred be back to Zweben's company.
I threatened legal actions, which is the ONLY reason I got the one callback I got. I was due to receive my $1000 Home Depot giftcard by December of but the cycle of denial continued, and still I got no answers. I tried more calls, and more emails, scouring my emailbox to ascertain I did not overlook their email as spam (and yes, even adding their email address (es) to my Friends list.
To this day, they have neither responded nor even shown any updates to my status. I do believe some of the details of their Terms and Condition have morphed, but their changes have no bearing on the agreement at the time I started this madness. It's good I saved all the documentation.
I had previously participating in such a marketing venture with another company, and had success, so I knew what to do to keep myself within their rules. Well, apparently, they did not read the rulebook because they just ignored ALL of my rights and still continue to operate under one visage or another.
I want my $1,000.
