They took my check and cashed it and never delivered product

A cute young girl came to my door with her sales pitch about needing a certain amount of points to be able to qualify for a trip to Paris, or some such exotic location. She had a whole list of magazine subscriptions she was selling and the price seemed reasonable so I decided to get a years subscription to Disney Magazine for my son's upcoming birthday. She practically forced her way in the door when I went for my checkbook.

She had the fast talking speed freak jive of a hooker or a crack w*, and made me a little nervous, but she was friendly and bubbly enough that I thought I'd help her make a sale and get what seemed like a good deal; 20 issues of Disney Magazine for $24 plus $6 shipping, for a total of $30.

She, sales agent Paige Rebarcak, tried to get me to write in a higher amount, which would be her tip, but I felt the $30 amount was sufficient.

My son kept waiting for his first issue to arrive, which would have been the June issue, but none ever arrived. Needless to say, we were both disappointed and felt totally ripped off!!
