Pma
Ripoff fraudulant door-to-door magazine sales

Miscellaneous

On the evening of August 29, a young (roughly 20 years old) salesman claiming to be Terry Simpson, came to my door selling magazine subscriptions. He claimed to be working toward earning points through sales to win scholarship money and a trip to Cancun. I purchased 2 magazine subscriptions in the amount of $97. The magazines never came and it is impossible to reach the company.

He came off as highly energetic. So much that after he left I questioned wether he was on speed or coke. It was hard to follow his train of thought as it randomly raced from subject to subject.

I must have had sucker written on my forehead, but I had a friend while I was in college who was involved in magazine sales and it had been a legitimate company.
