Ripoff, refused payment after I worked for them for over a month, lied, took advantage of people, cheated employees and screwed the customers even more

I began working for this company after being told it was a 9-5 job with weekly pay. After the first week they give excuses as to why I had not been paid. Then, I found out I was expected to work different hours than I was told when I was hired. Some days I started work at 9am and did not get home from work until after midnight.

After the second week I was again refused a paycheck, being tols that I had not filled out the proper "paperwork" to get paid. After the third week I was told that I did not really get paid weekly, that only commission checks were paid weekly and that I had not made a sale yet so I could not be paid.

I was told I would receive my base pay check on December 9th and went in on Decmber 9th to get my check and be done with this deceitful company, and then was told I was not being paid for the month I had worked there because I had not done 60 demonstrations, only 49, and they refused to pay me for the work that I had done.

This company is deceitful to their employees and also to their consumers. Salespeople are encouraged to prey on the elderly and minorities who speak little English and do not really understand the contracts which they are signing.
