Your Advantage Leads
All Work and No PAY

Upon becoming an employee of Your Advantage Leads March I was welcomed by some very nice people. I truly enjoyed working for the company until my pay begin to be a major issue yet I continued to up lift each person on my team. Then my pay stopped and the nonprofessional actions began. I was told when I was hired that we get paid every friday and that I would have to work two week before it would began to be on a regular basic on friday's. I have yet to get paid every week. For the last complete month I have not been paid and have no earthly idea when it will be considering the person who makes the calls for the checks to be issue is hiding, dodging calls and being non responsive to the questions... Where is my check? I know it may not seems to be a big issue to some but to me I feel if I worked for it then I need to be paid for it. I thought this was a professional company well established until they did not pay me and until this day and hour still do not know when it will be. I have prayed about and I know the Lord will work it out. But in the mean time John Dervishian please come out of hiding have enough respect for your employees and pay them it is the right thing to do and the just thing to do. Stop disrespecting us. You have cause so must pain for us as it is. So to all who read this report do the math keep your mind and eyes open for this company
