Deadbeat Dad Refuses to pay and keeps running from the state

Philip Brownell of Huntsville, AL has avoided paying child support for his baby girl for 2 years now. Every time the state of Florida catches up to his employer, he quits his job and gets a new one. He won't show up at court and has ignored all correspondence. The only thing left is to "call him out" in public. He cares about his reputation and keeps his childs' existence a secret since we live in Florida. Maybe if he is embarassed by his actions, he might start to pay the court-ordered amount each month. Has not seen her since she was 6 months old and has nothing to do with her! She is a beautiful blessing not a burden!!! She deserves to have the things she needs to have a decent life and not to go "without" as she has had to do since he won't be a man and face his responsibilities!!
