I ordered a 52 inch top of theline Sony KDL52XBR LCD TV from them. The price was low - so they did not ship to me for 2 months insisting that sony discontinued the model. This was untrue. They just did not want to sell a product at a low price. Their Customer Sevice was a RUN AROUND. Upon calling again, they told me that they could ship me another newer model at the same low price. They shipped me a CHEAPER, Less Quality model (W Series Sony) that sells for $1,000 less than the XBR5 that I originally placed an order for. They ripped me off. They refused to have further contact with me following this illegal transaction.
DO not use this company - they are unethical, robbers.
