What use to be Providian Credit Card, gave me a credit card Several years ago. Knowing I had no job. I haven't worked since 1998 However, They were happy to give me a credit line which kept going up too. I spent and paid what I could till the Payments got to high and I had no money to pay. They in return Charged me out my ass in late charges, Now they keep trying to garnish my checking account. Which only has a disability check going into it. I have no money. They will not work with me now and want all moneys owed them. They cant even show me how I owe so much... I've been RippedOff by them for sure...
