Sold magazine to help college student Cody Grant get points for trip. We still have not recieved

Back in Feb. Cody Grant with a Company called Always Helping People, LLC came to the door and told us about his challenge to sell magazines to gain point for school or a trip. He was a great kid with big dreams that we wanted to help him attain. We have a reciept for the publication we purchased but still have not recieved anything. How do we contact these people with only a PO Box and no phone number or name? If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
