Ipoff A highschool student came knocking at my door and I ordored 2 magazines wrote out a ck for $32.00 and I have not recieved them as of yet

On October 28th a highschool student came knocking on my door and staded that she needed so many points to win a trip for school. Aftter reviewing the magazine list I had chose 2 magazines. Glamour and then she stated that I also get a free magazine for 36 issues. I have not recieved the magazines. And I also tried to get a 1- 800 # to no avail. I have the copy'S of the reciept with the girls name if her name really is what she wrote down. PROCESSING FEE OF $10.00 total of $32.00 I have college children now but I also know what it is like when Highschool children need help. I am not a wealthy person, but I am tired of being ripped off. Please help
