Rip off, rude and ignorant

The first indication I got was on my AMEX card for May for $1.95. I saw another this month for $39.85. I called the 800 number given on my credit card statement and Kieth answered the phone. He had attitude even in the way he answered the phone. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he would not let me talk to anyone else becasue he was the manger and I would have to deal with him.

I asked again to speak to someone else and the man was ignorant with me. I have called AMEX and they are stopping the charges. I could not even get what I'm being charged for out of this company. When customer service is this blatantly ignorant with customers, there is something going on with the company that is not on the up and up.
