Ok, so my husband and I go to the local mall to purchase an AT&T phone from a Kiosk. Signs all over the place that its an AT&T store. Bought the phone, activated it etc. All went just fine. Well, called AT&T to cancell phone line due to unforseen reasons. They did so with OUT charging me an early termination fee! How cool was that!!! Well, the other day we recieved a collection notice to PAY 152.71 to MOBILE SYSTEMS WIRELESS for cancelling the phone line early. We have spent over 3 hours dealing with this crud. Long story short. The store is in all acutality an AUTHORIZED dealer and is actually another company! Yes, I did sign in 7 dang places but trusted it was AT&T and wasnt concerned at that point.

OMG! I have tried numerouse times to get ahold of MSW and hmmmmm, mail box is full etc. Cant get a returned call. I had to pay the collections dept. As to not ruin my hard earned credit. The company is called Absolute Resolutions Corp based out of San Diego. Their letter was pretty nasty as we hadnt been notified about any of this prior. Do not purchase phones from kiosks. Go directly to the web site or to a store. Pass the word. I do not want another person to get ripped off by MOBILE SYSTEMS WIRELESS! I want to run them out of buisness.
