I paid $1099.00 for a brand new scooter from EVOsales.com. The scooter arrived damaged. Per their purchase agreement I am forced to accept the damaged scooter, or else have to pay the return freight and a 20% restocking fee. How can they get away with putting the burden of repairs on the owner, when the product promised is supposed to be brand new.
