This company does nothing but lie and do not stand behind there warranty and product

I have e mailed and called EVO sales so meny times, about the scooter arriving damage, and about scooter over heating, and about there freight Insurance as well of there warranty. I sent everything they asked for from pictures to bill of lading. This company lies and say I never sent them any thing, when i gotten respones back from them about these problems. I have contacted the better business bureau as well of the attorney general offices, and my credit card company. ALL this company stand be hind is there lies. My next step is a court room. If any one can help please let me know thanks.
