Total Logistic Control (TLC)
Total Logistic Control Tlc has scared my DAC report and refuses too clear it!

TLC / Total Logistic Control has scared my DAC Report with things as small as a broken door hinge/s. But this could have been avoided if the trailers were properly maintained. But TLC has put this down as a preventible backing accident/incident I have 3 of these that they are refusing to remove. Though this is a common practice with the majority of Trucking Companies. But this is an unfair labor practice. And somewhere this needs to stop! Companies just like TLC, do this for thier own deliberate / intentional & self serving manner.

Go figure you travel thousand's of miles for a company & are forced by your "dispatchers" to run when your hours are "spent for the day!" & make your logs look Legit. But yet, you have a spotless MVR, never had speeding ticket or a reckless driving ticket, have never failed a DOT inspection nor have EVER been put out of service! You can back into any Truck Stop parking space without a problem. Until you get too a reciever or a shipper and open the doors.

And low and behold the wind catches the door and it comes unlatched or that BUNGEE Strap that you were trying to jerry rigg it with because their maitanence facility didn't feel like putting that little rubber boot on the back of the door to help keep that chain or latch in place!

And guess what Driver that's on you! Because these companies feel that they have the god given right to put anything on you that they feel. And your left holding that piece of paper from USIS. And try getting a JOB someplace else.

All the money that you spent to get that CDL had just got thrown out the window. I have ben turned down for the past 3 months trying to find a job, Gee I guess I should get a job flipping burgers or be a greeter at Wal-Mart? I haven't ben able to find Legal Council. But you can if youve ben hit or run off the road by a Trucker!
Laws for the Trucker need too be changed
