Frederick D. Kelly RipOff - American WebCash... Threatening to file off file and have me arrested

I received a letter from Frederick D. Kelly law office or what they call FKRS in July stating that I owe $2400 on a $300 payday loan from American WebCash. A Mr. Myles called and stated that I had to pay $1000 up front or I will be filed off have my licensed suspended for two years and there will be a warrant out for my rest. So I didnt know what to do because he is calling from a law office.

I made payment up to date, but I fell on hard times and wasnt able to pay on monthly installments. However, I missed like two months of payments, and Mr. Myles called saying that I didnt pay $200 a month I would get my file sent off and there will be a warrant for my arrest. And on top of that I have been making my payments into a Bank of America account everytime. So now I have been forced into this dilemna and I dont whether this is a hoax or for real. Does anybody know what I need to do?
