Fredrick D. Kelly - Chris Morgan
Ripoff Threating and Harassing Company is trying to get more money than owed

I was contacted this morning by a Mr. Chris Morgan who is an investigator the law office of a Fredrick D. Kelly located in Houston, TX.

I was advised by Mr. Morgan that I obtained a loan from the Moneytree for the amount of $300.00 and now I own $1566.01 for this loan. He also advised me that he was obtained from Fredrick Kelly to have a warrant put against my driver license and that he is also speaking to the proscuting attorney here in Michigan and another attorney to get this done.

If this is not paid by 3:00 P.M. Today. I advised my Mr. Morgan to submit all informaion to me via fax and once I get his information I will contact an lawyer and I will be in touch with Mr. Kelly. Of course he didn't like that answer and he said I will have all documentation by Monday faxed to me.

I have contacted an lawyer who advised me when I get all this information to contact him and this will be looked over, but what he is doing is against the law by making threats on over the telephone.

To also make a complaint with Federal Trade Commission.
