Health Systems Should practice what they preach - HEAT Hear, Empathize, Apologize, Take action

From the beginning I stated that if CCHS Mgt., had practiced what they preached none of this would have happened. I also said this was an unusual incident, not "unfortunate", like the incompetent "Chief law enforcement officer" for CCHS told me. It was unusual, but the Chief's reputation of having no leadership ability (cotton balls) is what lead to the "unfortunate"
incident.

After spending over $3000 on an attorney and seeing my sisters-in-law's, civil rights be once again violated, by Delaware's juidical system this time.
And after losing my job of 24 years in retaliation by CCHS Mgt., the Chief in particular. I had no choice but to complain to the Board of Constables and I got the runaround from them at first also, but I'm now reluctantly satisfied with how the Board handled it. It's not their fault that the Christiana Care Chief constable is incompetent.

While I was advised I do have a retaliation claim against CCHS and the Chief in particular, it isn't worth pursuing because of the legal costs involved.

I have until March '09 to change my mind, but since I no longer have faith in Delaware's judicial system, I doubt that I will.

Being a lifelong "Delaware Native", all I'm going to say is that DELAWARE SUCKS and I hope to move out of here real soon.
