CCHS Steals from even students who have nothing and have never heard of them, and Bank of America will not help

I am a student in college who was a victum of a home finance company I have never heard of and needless to say I don't even own a home. Bank of America claims they have no idea who these people are but I did research and found out they are affiliated.
CCHS through affiliation of BofA may have access to accounts and randomly take money out of accounts and say you authorized it. How can I authorize home insurance with no home? I live on a college campus.
I've been calling and making complaints for weeks now and they continue to tell me they are about to put my money back but it never happens.
The bank and the scam artist are working together and my options are limited. I will be closing my account with the bank ASAP.
The withdrawl from my account was made on November 9.
