HRN poor customer service and poor business practices

I ordered a product from Healthy Right Now in February. I was told I would receive my order within two weeks. After failure to meet this shipping deadline, I called the sales line since there is no customer service line. There also is no customer service department.

The lady on the phone was very apologetic and said she would send the package the next day. I was already very displeased with the business so I requested that any charges to my credit card be removed and I cancelled my order. I do not want to do business with a company like that.

Neglecting the comments I made about not wanting the product, a few weeks later I received a package on my doorstep from the company. It was the product I had ordered but there was no receipt for the credit card charges. No letter from the company saying "we truly apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you"... Nothing you would typically receive from a respectable company.

I have tried to get on their website to get their phone number but coincidentally they no longer have a website and there is no trace of their existance on the internet. No phone number, no search results for their mailing address, no website, nothing!

I would really like a refund from this company. I feel like this has been a scam and I want to return the product and get my money back. What kind of operation are they running up there? If you are going to claim 100% satisfaction or money back guaranteed all over your website, you should be prepared to stand behind it!!!
