Never received order and no refund, the phone number listed with BBB is a Sprint Numbe

I was on my health insurance companies website (Blue Cross Blue Shield), there is a tab for discounts and healthy living. I clicked on Healthy Living and found BODA Botanicals which states is all natural, healthy and was proven. I ordered, trusting my health insurance company for who they allowed on their website. This company charged my credit card and I never received my product. I sent an email as requested on the companies website, I received a reply Sorry we are looking into your order and will be in touch by the days end that was on 12/21. They took my money on 11/29th. I have sent more emails and left voice messages still no response. On the BBB website the phone number listed for the company is a phone number for the sales department at Sprint. I had lost my thyroid to cancer and I always feel week, tired and the weight rollercoaster is harder and harder to keep up with. This sounded like something that would help me. Who knows maybe it would have, I will never know.
