Promised to sell timeshares wiithin 120 days, / Ft. Lauderdale

Promised to sell our timeshares within 120 days or less. If not, my deposit of $1,398.00 in full would be refunded to me.

This charge occurred on my Bank of America Mastercard. It is reflected on my monthly statement of February.

I was contacted by Agent William O'Hanlon of Global Timeshares in January. He asked me to give him the opportunity to sell our timeshares in SC and in TN.

I told Mr. O'Hanlon that I wasn't interested as I had had two bad experiences in the past with two other companies who made promises, but kept my money (deposits). Mr. O'Hanlon assured me that he could and would sell our properties in 120 days or my deposit would be refunded in full.

Needless to say, our timeshare properties have not been sold and I have been unable to get Mr. O'Hanlon to return my calls nor my money.

The 126th day was May 26. Since he has not lived up to his agreement, I have requested of my Bank of America Mastercard be credited in the amount of $1,398.
