In a moment of weakness, I agreed for a price of $399. I told him I had been taked to the cleaners by TimeShares By Owner and was not about to do that again. He convinced me that his company would help to get my money back from this company because they went out of business. I asked about refunds, it was explained to me I had 7 days. Well, I tried to cancell and get a refund with no luck.
