Thomas kilborn, stacey kilborn took 100's of items to sell on e bay, never did and wont give them back!

On or about the 6th of June, I placed a telephone call to Thomas Kilborn, who was referred to me as a person who sells items for people on E-Bay. He and his wife came to my home, looked at the items and agreed to sell them for me.

The first item was a handmade quilt. This item did sell, however, it took forever to get the check, and I finally had to go to his house to pick it up. The amount of the check was wrong, and we had a heated discussion about the amount of the check. He finally told me he would mail me the difference that I was owed.

I was told at that point that I was not to come to his house anymore, and we would do all our future transactions by phone. When I tried to cash ithe check at his bank, they would not cash it. For privacy reasons, they could not give me a reason. I tried to contact him by phone but he would not answer and did not return messages. A week later, I was able to cash the check and about two weeks later, I received the difference in the mail.

Mr. Kilborn also took over 100 other items to sell for me, including an extensive teapot collection, and numerous other items.in one of two of the only other phone calls that he answered, he told me some of the items had sold, and I would be receiving a check in about 2 weeks.

I was never able to find the items on E-Bay, and never received a check for any of the items. I tried numerous times to contact him at all times of the day and night, and all but one ofmy calls went unanswered and no messages that I left were ever returned. He did answer one call that was in the wee hours of the morning, but pretended like he couldn't hear me.in the second call that he answered and spoke to me, I was informed never to call his house again or he would file phone harassment charges against me.

About that time I was getting ready to move and sent him a letter stating that I was moving, the contract time was up and I wanted my things back. I have never received any correspondence from him to this day.

I contacted the Hilliard Police Department after I moved and he is well known with them, however they told me it was a civil matter and I would have to file in Small Claims Court. I moved out of the state and it is very difficult for me to get back to Columbus, Ohio to do this. I do not have a vehicle that will make a long trip.

I just want my things returned to me, and if there is any proof that any of then were sold, what I am owed for them.
