Donna delveccio, time treasures, carol shaefer Where's my money, Where's my stuff, Excuse after Excuse after Excuse... They RIPPED Me Off!

I took two loads of interesting, very sellable items down to these people, Carol Shafefers' silent auction business "Browsery" in Stroudsburg, back in April... I received two sheets of the inventory that I left for them to sell for me.

I asked all questions I could think of... Some included "what if something doesn't sell" to which I was told I could come pick up or leave for the following months' auction... My other question was "about reserves and do they offer than option"... I was told "Yes" and put reserves on some items... I asked "How and when do I get paid"... I was told I would receive a check when my items were paid for.

Each time I went in there to look around, I saw several bids on many of my items, including the items that had reserves on, over $100 each on several... I thought "How Great!".

At the beginning of June when I went to collect my money, I was told not everyone paid yet and that almost everything sold / that I could take the few peices that didn't sell. I took the few lamps back with me.
I made sure they have my correct phone number and address as they said they'd send me a check.

I asked when should I come back (50 miles roundtrip, each time) and was told to come back in a few weeks. I did just that, asked for and received a copy of both pages of all my inventory left there and was told they can't find the Items Sold List. They said I'd have to come back.
Again, I checked to see that they had my phone number and address so they could call me when they straighten their mess out.

The next time I returned, I was told they didn't know how to use the computer and I'd have to come back when the computer person was there to look up my records...
I asked them to make sure they had my phone number and address, they said they did and would contact me.

The next time I went in, I was told noone was there to help me at the moment, can I come back. I said this is getting rediculous and to call me. They had my phone number and address.

Again, I went in, they said I needed my inventory sheets before they would pay me. One week later, I brought my two pages of 32 items... They said they found my records of two items. Yes, I said TWO items...

One week later, I brought them my two pages of 32 items... Carol Shaefer printed out a page showing only 20 items, 14 sold. I asked where my items were, what happened to the reserve priced and sold items, etc and where's my money? Carol Shaefer hands me $150 cash...
WHERE ARE ALL MY OTHER 12 ITEMS???

Her and her sidekicks comments were that they sent me a check and that was why I had 'white' copies... I said "Absolutely NOT". I have received nothing! Just continual stalling excuses.

Carol Shaefers responses were that Anthony ripped her off, "screwed her", she doesn't know where my items are, she's very sorry and that I should get a lawyer to take her to court...

Now what?
