Laser Shaping Centers (Aesthetic Network Association Tustin, CA)
Billed me $3,186 procedure never done, went out of business 1week prior to appt

I had a consultation at Laser Shaping Centers on5-27-08 in Costa Mesa, CA at which time I was billed for $3,186.00 for treatment of three areas: outer/inner thighs and banana rolls.

Shortly there after I consulted with one of their Doctors who boldly told me that the center was not charging me enough for all three procedures and that if they continued billing in this manner they would go out of business. After examining the areas to be treated, he told me I didn't the banana roll area done. I later called Laser Shaping centers and left a message on the consultant's voice mail asking if I could have my abdomen worked on since I had already paid for three areas... She never returned my call.

I called again one week before my procedure date (June 30) on a Sunday, I intended to leave a message, but I spoke to someone who was very apologetic. She said she would have the consultant call me ASAP. No one called me back.

The Tuesday before my procedure I called again and there was a message stating that Laser Shaping Center was closed and they will not be doing any procedures.
I contacted Care Credit the agency through which this would be paid and sure enough, Laser Shaping Center/Aesthetic Network Association of Tusin had already received payment for a procedure that was never done. I can provide Name of Doctor and consultant if needed.
