The worst of the worst crooks

I prepaid for 3 years 4 policies, sold 3 houses, never got my money back. Never got my promised $600 of home depot cards, and cannot get my $6000 sub zero refrigerator fixed. They are sending me $250 for a $1000 repair. What can we do? BBB was no help.
