I spent many hours on chat with 43 different agents I say programs. I dare anyone to start a chat with them and say error 3 nothing you say after that is paid any attention. They passed me to 22 agents who all said give me a moment to review past chats. They come back and its error 3 we can fix it. Now we tried 10 of the 23 times we did there proceedure to the letter nothing worked. So after over 5 hours of I give up. Next day start chat first robot up review past chats thats where i say please do and read them all mind you thats 5 hours of chat 30 seconds later. Are u still seeing error 3 i say no i shot m. J with my sling shot (which i really had) long pause, response is it plugged in right now. I say again i shot it blew it to pieces. Long pause. Im going to pass u to top 10 percent rep. New agent # 24 review chats are you still seeing error 3. At i say you didnt read the chats it says it did so i say lier long pause. I cant help pass me off. To supervisor at my request. New robot i ask is your programing updated is that why your a supervisor short pause, yes. Wow it is automated i say to myself. Now i got to prove it. So i say please read just the last chat and tell me what happened to my magicjack. Long pause. Are you still seeing error 3. Boom its true its 100 percent automated. Not only support the intire company is automated. I tell them no error three i shot my magicjack it its in pieces. Response can i remote connect i say yes. My desktop background is magicjack in pieces i tell her twice more what i did. Ask can you see my desktop really long pause thought we lost connection then is that your magicjack. Thats what i call customer service. Being passsed around 43 times even efter the desktop reveal still error 3. I gave up and will never use it again. Had a friend bring his over it worked fine so mine was defective. Hours spent talking to a computer. And it took 30 seconds for a human.
