MagicJack denies service even with credit card payment receipts

I have two MagicJack phone numbers for which I have credit card receipts showing payment for the service. MagicJack says via their chat assisstance that they do not have a record of the payments. I have not had service from MagicJack for several weeks even though I have requested a refund via the chat service.
