This is a fraudulent, deceptive, harrassing, corrupt, immoral, company

Approximately mid May, I began to receive telephone calls from this company stating I owed them $2,000. According to them, I had not payed May or October mortgage payments. Again, let me remind you it is now May.

I began to pursue finding out why they had not received these payments because my account is done by ACH transfers. I received my bank statements and then forwarded them to EMC. However, I kept getting numerous phone calls, I would say about 4-5 a day, asking for verification of this and that. They were rude, harrassing, and of little help.

Meanwhile, I get a letter from EMC which stated my money was placed in some kind of suspense account of which I had no knowledge. This letter indicated that they did not know where to apply the money. Am I crazy or what, but you would think when they first received these funds they would have communicated with me. I only have one account with them why would you not know where to apply the funds?

Now, my credit is completely destroyed, they have my money, and did not suggest how to get my money applied to my mortgage or correct my credit.

Please folks, do not make any business arrangements with this company. If your mortgage gets sold to them, my mortgage was with First Horizon at first, do everything you can to get it sold to some other financial company.
