Fraudulent foreclosure!

The Corporation is definitely an evil, conniving, fraudulent, rude, uneven and completely unjust. I've an initial mortgage with EMC mortgage and HomEq is my second mortgage. I got behind 8 weeks on both mortgages due to medical and economic struggles. EMC caused me and permitted me to catch-up on my funds although not HomEQ. They began the foreclosure actions against and declined to simply accept my funds which triggered my mortgage together to obtain behind more and more. My placement with my first-mortgage is okay but HomEq has foreclosed and it is attempting to consider my house. They just possess a $25,000.00 mortgage with me and EMC includes a $100,000.00 with me and it is in first-lien position. Just how can the corporation consider my house if they're within the second position and that I am present in my own first placement.
