After seeing an advertising on the internet, contacted Bellezza Products to order the HYDROXATONE for severe dark circles under my eyes.

The sales representative was very understandable regarding their no-hassle return policy. Simply return any unused portions prior to the deadline and will not be billed.

I contacted Bellezza to confirm the deadline, once I determined that it wasn't working for me. I returned the unused portions (one container unopened), via US Mail with Delivery Confirmation. They received it 9 days prior to the dealine—in October.

They did bill me again, and ARE STILL trying to bill me!
