I ordered a CD for $1.25 and $1.00 shipping = $2.25 They billed me for $39.95

I order a CD for $1.25 and shipping $1.00.. Grant Master billed my credit card for $39.95 that was unauthorized.

I called them the first time on May 23 demanding a refund on the unauthorized charges so far and many people later I have received $2.25 refund and have not received the $39.95. No where on the sales page did the $39.95 theywere gooing to bill me showed up in print.
Now I have a confirmation # and have been told the refund is coming. Give them 10 to 14 working days, That came and went. Now thier bank is changing accounts and has delayed the refund. How long do they expect me to wait.???
