Made unauthorized charges on my credit card

I ordered the Grant Master CD for a shipping fee of 1.99. Then I checked my credit card statement online and discovered a charge from Network Agenda for 9.95. I knew nothing about them and demanded a full refund. The very next day I had two additional charges one for just over 40.00 the other for 8.95 from them disguised as another company. I knew nothing about this and I want all of my money back. This is a serious scam and this company should be prosicuted. The worst part about it is once I received the Grant Master CD I could not even use it because they sent me no password or log on information so the CD is useless. I want all of my money back.
