On 3/19 I ordered a Grant Master Raven Media off of the internet. It stated $2.99 for shipping and a free Grant Writing CD. The charges were a $1.99 charge and on the same day a $1.00 charge. On 3/27 I was then charged $39.95 from the same company. This charge was unauthorized. The number they give for CSR does not do you any good. I want a full refund including my original $2.99 charge for shipping and handeling. This company is pulling a scam. There are several other complaints here on complaint. I want the account canceled ASAP.
