New this company is a ripoff, they take your money, and never respond back correctly

I got the brochure for this company by mail, it was cheaper then other company's. I gave them an order on 4/28 and made an payment on 5/17. They told me that soon as they receive the check they will ship the order in 3-4 business days. I called them after a week they told me it would be their at the end of the week, but didn't arrived, i called them back and every time i call them hey put me on hold then disconnect the phone. It has been month now and i still haven't received the order yet. When i ask them for my full refund of $1302.77, they say it would take them 3-4 weeks to refund the money. I advise to never deal with this company, and if you did and haven't received the order call your attorney soon as possible.
