There was fradulant activity on my capital one credit card. Capital one cancelled the card, i told them that i did not want a replacement card. They issued me one against my demand. I told them i originally had 2 cards and therefor did not need a replacemement card, as i still had one valid card. They started sending me combined confusing bills with late charges, yearly fees, fradulant purchases etc. They called me every day and night. I called them but over the phone i was unable to understand what i owed. They said they would fax me a bill were i could understand the math. They never faxed me. They put me on hold for ever, they hung up when i stated i had a hearing problem and could not discuss this issue with someone who had an accent they slammed the phone down. They promised to connect me to a supervisior and left me on the phone till i received a dial tone, this happened many many times. My accounts end in 0692 0052 4889. They totally insulted and harassed an outstanding 5 star customer as my records will show, i never made a late payment or interest fee and presently have in excess of 200,000 miles which translalates to over $200,000 in purchases. Agents of capital one i have tried to resolve this issue with are as follows tracey i.D. #jdn768, karina i.D.#fvx225, andy i.D.#fd34056, judy i.D.# gqd538, kyle id#shk034 and others. I expect capital one to admitt thier error and offer me some form of restitution for the countless hours of time and agravationotherwise i will not let this injustice lay.
