Before you get a Capital One Credit Card (BEWARE).

I'm in good standing, with execellent credit. Anyway that is what I thought...

I would never get a credit card without a fixed rate and I make sure there is never a yearly fee.

I started to notice high interest fees, being taken out on my credit mthly. I would pay 120.. And 70.00 would go for interest.

Well, I always paid on time and never seem to have a problem. After noticing the high interest rates I decided to pay the card off. Okay, I want use the card again. Next mth. I get a bill for seventy dollars and added yearly fees.

I called the company and asked what was going on. Now remember I signed up at 9% no annual fees and a fixed rate. Never late, but they changed the interest rate to 26% added a 25 dollar yearly rate and tried to get me for more interest, after the full amount was paid off. They sent a changed rate in the mail, that I must of missed. They changed the whole card after I put 4500.00 on the card.

You can't argue with a bunch of wild Indians. So I ask them to lower the rate... They did to 14% but I would have to pay a annual card fee. I told them to cancel the card. Their answer was, your still have to pay the interest and yearly fee.

So I got some information to dispute the charges, this would of tied them up and save my credit. They decided to waive the charges and I was found not quility. Surprise... Surprise, three mths later, I receive a 120.00 dollars over charge.

I found the card and the Capitalone system, to be screwed up. This is the Government fault for not getting control of this. Remember if the person your trying to talk to, is hard to understand... It's because they are paid to act stupid or they are not of this country. This should be your biggest warning your being ripped off...
