On 8/6/06 I met with melinda wolf gave her a money order for $400. She said she would have to ask Chris Gatley if it would be alright if i moved in on the 15th or 16th of the month. She wrote me a recipt and I left. Didnt sign a lease or recieve a key.
Later that evening she called to let me know chris said that would be fine if I moved in on the 15th or 16th and that they had to move a refriderator from another property into the one I would be renting.
On 8/15/06 I called melinda told her I would be bringing the money in the morning on the 16th she then told me I wouldnt have a refridgerator. I reminded her of our conversation and what we agreed to she apologised and I told her I would look into renting one.
8/16/06 3:30pm I went to the office to take her the remainder of the money I needed to move in which was $25. All I had was $100 bill she didnt have any change. I explained I had a meeting to attend and would stop back by on my way through town to drop off the money, pick up the keys and sign the lease.
8/16/06 In the middle of my meeting I received a call from Chris Gatley stating he wasnt going to rent to me and stay the f* off his property, dont call his office! I tried to interupt and find out what had happened that caused him to change his mind. He replied he had heard what happened and he didnt like my attitude and he wasnt going to rent to me! Dont call back! Then he hung up. I tried for days to reach them with no luck.
8/30/06 Finally I reached melinda and asked when they planned on returning my money order she apologised and said she couldnt talk to me. Hung up.
9/3/06 Finally reached Chris and he said that money is gone. Hung up
8/31/06 I tried the better buisness bureau They never could reach them. I also tried to cancelle the money order and it had already been cashed.
