FULL OF IT Deceptive selling practices Poor follow through

All Pro roofing will seemingly do anything, or say anything they can to initially secure your business. I was assured that they were a locally owned and operated busines and that they weren't like " the other guys" The owner informed me that (we'll be there when you need us). Well after 5-10 unaswered phone calls and no follow up after their initial consultation. It was fair to assume that I would have to hire an alternate contractor. I was also told that I would get a referral fee for anyone that I recommended.

Under the impression they were a legitimate contractor I provided the company with numerous referrals from our community. I soon found out the hard way that, what I was informed was a straight out lie. After providing the company with several personalized referrals in our neighborhood, referrals they actually completed. All Pro informed me that, they had already spoken to that particular customers previously or that someone else had given them the referral. (a flat out lie) It is clear to me that, when It comes to many contractors, no matter how trusting they may sound or look many of them just cant be trusted. All Pro Roofing Should Change Their Names To
All PRO LIERS INC. At least then, they would be telling the truth... A Rare comodity for contractors these days...
